Mindfulness Workshop (Caregiver)

Mindfulness can be a powerful tool for parents to improve their relationship with their children and provide a more supportive and nurturing environment for their family. That's why we offer a specialised program that combines static and dynamic mindfulness activities to help parents become more aware of their habitual parenting styles and learn how to approach their role as a parent with a beginner's mind.

Through our program, participants will engage in mindfulness activities that focus on being present in the moment and cultivating a deep understanding of their own body and emotions. By increasing self-awareness and developing a more mindful approach to parenting, participants will learn how to cope with parental stress, explore basic thinking patterns, and handle conflicts with their children in a more effective and compassionate way.
